This dialog was introduced in Resilio Connect v.2.12.

It appears in the Agent UI when a user tries to quit the Agent. It means that the Management Console Admin has created a support request on the MC and debug logs from this Agent are being uploaded to the Management Console..
If the user chooses to quit the agent anyway, log submission will be interrupted and the support request will fail.
