A Job is a detailed specification of data transfer assignment dispatched to the participating Resilio Agents. It defines source and destination folders, and the data flow pattern along with optional parameters allowing you to fine-tune data movement.

Synchronization
Synchronization Job is a continuous, two-way file transfer across multiple agents, or it can be set up as a one-way synchronization. It allows you to create an exact copy of a folder and its contents on multiple endpoints. Every change within the specified folder is instantly replicated across all participating Agents. Distribution
A Distribution Job is a one-time data transfer from a source endpoint to selected destination agents. A Distribution Job run can be launched manually or triggered automatically based on a predefined schedule. For details, see Distribution Job. -
